Heads of Department meetings

The `Extended Group' includes the Heads of Departments of Anatomy & Structural Biology, Biochemistry, Geography, Information Science, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Physiology and the Dean, School of Medical Sciences. All meetings now include the extended group.

All meetings will be held at 4.00pm. The venue will be the HEDC Seminar Room, First Floor, 75 Union Place West, unless advised otherwise.

Notes:

1. All Board meetings will be held at 4.30pm in the Council Chambers.

2. All Standing Committee meetings will be held at 2.00pm in the Division of Sciences Meeting Room, 85 Union Place West(unless otherwise advised).

3. Proposals for new qualifications or new major subjects, including endorsements, for the Round One CUAP deadline should reach the Division of Sciences Office by 7 March.

4. New proposals for inclusion in the 2012 Calendar and Guide to Enrolment should reach the Division of Sciences Office by 7 March

. 5. Proposals for new qualifications or new major subjects, including endorsements, for the Round Two CUAP deadline should reach the Division of Sciences Office by 4 July (will not be included in the 2012 Calendar or Guide to Enrolment).
