About the Frontiers of Science Scholarships
![]() |
The Frontiers of Science scholarships are worth $3000 each year, with half being paid each semester. The scholarship is for up to four years of undergraduate study towards one of the degrees available through the Division of Sciences. These include the Bachelor of Sciences, Bachelor of Applied Science, Bachelor of Consumer and Applied Sciences, Bachelor of Physical Education, and Bachelor of Surveying. The provision of the scholarship for four years is in recognition that some are four year programmes, and in the others, students may be pursuing honours.
The scholarships are for those students who achieve high marks in 2 NZ Scholarship science exams ( or their international equivalent) but do not receive a NZ Scholarship. Applications are to be sent by 10 December, with confirmation on receipt of results in the new year. |
Please download and read through the regulations, and fill in the application form, which is also here for download.
We look forward to hearing from you.
